Out of Network PRovider

I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. I accept payment through all major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Some insurances offer reimbursement through a “Super Bill” that you can submit which is a detailed record of payment and services provided. I recommend reaching out to your insurance company to find out what reimbursement will look like for an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
