Hello, I’m Heather.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in New Hampshire who specializes in working with adolescents, families, couples and adults. I believe in a client-centered, systemic approach to therapy and integrate the client’s biopsychosocial factors into treatment as well as coordinating care between mental and physical health care providers. It is my responsibility to create and foster a safe environment by building trust and rapport with my clients so they feel comfortable in challenging themselves, experiencing difficult emotions and attempting new and healthier ways of living.
